Join personality expert and neuroscience researcher Dario Nardi, PhD, as we explore the brain, with correlations to personality and development. We all have a similar cognitive toolbox–but we each tend to favor certain tools over others and use them together in our favorite ways. We will look at those tools (functional brain regions) and how they are networked together. There are many variations on “normal” that reflect the ways we live–our daily habits. Thus, your day-to-day routine and job roles play a major part in how you operate. Personality, age, sex, and culture also play roles. We will focus on the neocortex–that quintessentially human layer of the brain. And look at what years of face-to-face, hands-on research with clients of all ages, careers, and personality profiles has to say about who we are–and how we can change.

Your brain keeps changing–what are the best ways to be mindful of and make the most of that? We start with a brief overview of brain regions, networks, and waves. Then we dig deeper, into change. Our day-to-day routines, social environment, job roles, and even physical activities play a part in how we operate. We’ll address creative flow, habit building, and neuro-therapy. There will be plenty of time for Q&A discussion.
